Nearly thirty years ago Dr.Thomas Seitz married into a sixth generation ranching family and began and intensive study of animal husbandry that goes on to this day. Since then, he has specialized in artificial breeding in bovines and has transferred cattle embryos and semen into herds all over the world. He is a past Vice President and Director of the American Wagyu Association. Dr Seitz became interested in probiotics while working in China and seeing consequences of the overuse of antibiotic growth promoters there. He is deeply committed to Trugrow’s vision of improving both animal and human health by reducing the use of antibiotics in livestock feeds.

Mr. V.V Padmanabhan, an alumini of the University of Calicut has extensive expertise and experience gained over the past 35 years in the Indian and SAARC industries. He has a vast experience of 25 years and more in different levels of management at GUNNEBO. He is a qualified ISO certified auditor as well as trained Six Sigma practitioner. He is responsible for the operations of the company in Asia.
